The kitchen sits on East Market Street a block from Summa’s Akron campus, where downtown turns into Middlebury. That puts the halls downtown, the hospitals, the University of Akron and the East Side churches within ten minutes, and Fairlawn, Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Tallmadge, Green and Copley inside the normal delivery ring. Kent, Canton, Medina and Cleveland each have a page of their own.

Two weeks lead time where you can manage it. Busy weekends fill earlier, so the sooner the date is held the better.

Pickup, delivery, or someone on site to serve. Setup and display styling are part of the job, not an upsell.

This place offers ALL of your catering needs. I don't believe there is anything she can't provide for you. I have had SO many meals and attended SO many events. The Taste of the City (Akron) she provided so many great "samples". An outdoor hibachi grill party with all the trimmings, steak, shrimp, chicken, rice, fresh vegetables also one of my favorites. The taco bar and loaded potatoes are great for staff meetings. The seafood is always top quality, the largest shrimp! The desserts made from scratch are amazing. Cakes, cheesecakes, individual desserts, it doesn't end. Give them a try! Best prices around with professional service.

How do allergies get handled across so many menu shapes?
The same way on every one of them. The request form lists vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, kosher and halal plus the nine common allergens, and asks how serious each one is and how many guests it touches. A taco bar, a plated dinner and a dessert table all get built from that answer.
Which service should I pick if my event fits more than one?
Start from the occasion page, such as wedding, party or corporate, and mention the menu shape you have in mind in the notes. A graduation party with a taco bar is one request, not two.
Is every service on this page available for pickup, delivery and on site service?
Nearly. Platters, trays, cakes and desserts are made for pickup from East Market Street. Buffets, dinners and anything served hot are usually delivered and set. Hibachi is always on site, since the grill is the point. Each service page says which options fit it.
Why do the prices differ from service to service?
Because the menus do. Breakfast and brunch spreads start at $9 per person, platters and appetizers at $11, lunch shapes at $13, dinner shapes at $15 and desserts at $6. Each is a floor from our request form. Your budget per person and your headcount set the real number.
