A charcuterie board is the single order version of our grazing tables. Cured meats, a few cheeses, fruit, nuts, crackers and something sweet, arranged so it looks right from across the room and eats well up close. It goes out as one board for a small group or as several boards staged along a table for a party.
Boards are built the morning of and picked up from the kitchen or delivered. They need no setup beyond a table, which makes them the easiest thing we make to order on a Thursday for Saturday.
Charcuterie starts at $11 per person. Tell us the headcount and whether the board is a snack or the meal.

Charcuterie is the board Akron orders for the small occasions: a Browns Sunday in Ellet, a porch party in Highland Square, a book club in Fairlawn Heights, a client meeting on South Main, a thank you for the nurses on a Summa floor a block from the kitchen. It is also the thing that shows up at the start of a shower before the brunch goes out.
Pickup is from 647 E Market Street at the time you choose. Delivery covers Akron and the ring around it, with Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Tallmadge, Green and Copley inside the normal run. Fall Sundays, graduation weekends and the week before Christmas are the three times to order early.
