A fruit tray is only as good as the morning it was cut. Ours are built the day of the order from whole fruit: watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, cantaloupe and pineapple, with dragon fruit and kiwi when the display calls for it. Vegetable trays run the same way, crudites cut fresh with the dip on the side.
They go out on their own for a meeting or a sports sideline, or they ride along with a catering order as the color on a buffet line. The fruit display in the video on this page was built for a real Akron event.

Fruit and vegetable trays are the everyday order. Break rooms at the hospitals along East Market and the offices on South Main take them on weekday mornings. Weekend soccer and football sidelines in Ellet, Firestone Park and Green take them in coolers. Church fellowship tables, school events and the Sunday dinners of Goodyear Heights and North Hill take them as the one thing that every age group eats.
Pickup from 647 E Market Street is the fastest way to get one. Delivery covers Akron and the normal ring out to Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Tallmadge, Green and Copley, and trays travel on any catering run to Kent, Canton, Medina and Cleveland.

Before you book.
How far ahead should I order a fruit or vegetable tray?
A day or two is usually enough for a standard tray, since they are cut the morning of. Holiday weeks and graduation weekends need more notice.
How long does a fruit tray keep?
Cut fruit is best the day it is made. Keep it cold until it goes out and plan on a couple of hours at room temperature. We time the cut to your pickup or delivery for that reason.
Can I pick a tray up from your kitchen?
Yes. Give us a pickup time and the tray is cut to be ready for it at the kitchen on East Market Street. If you would rather not drive, delivery runs across Akron and the towns around it.
Do you do a fruit display rather than a flat tray?
Yes. For a shower, a brunch or a buffet line, fruit can be arranged along the table as a display rather than on a tray. Tell us the occasion and we suggest which.
