Canton is a straight run down Interstate 77 from our kitchen, about twenty miles and half an hour. Hot food travels in chafing service, cold displays are built on site, and the drive is short enough that delivery with setup and on site service are both routine for Canton events.
A city of 71,000 with the Pro Football Hall of Fame at one end and a vineyard estate at the other books a wide range of rooms: hotel ballrooms and halls for weddings, the Arts District downtown for receptions, hospital and plant break rooms for lunches, and backyards across Stark County for the graduations and reunions of summer.
Every menu is built to the headcount and the budget per person, with dietary needs handled through the request form. Two weeks lead time is the ask, and every request gets a reply within three to five business days.

Canton’s calendar peaks in early August, when the Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival brings the balloon classic, the ribs burn off, the Grand Parade and the game at Tom Benson Stadium, and every house with a yard throws a party. The rest of the year runs on First Friday nights in the downtown Arts District, the Palace Theatre season, and the weddings at Gervasi Vineyard on 55th Street, where the outdoor pavilion seats 200.
Corporate Canton is health care and steel. Aultman Hospital is the largest employer at about 4,400 people, Cleveland Clinic Mercy is next, and Timken Steel, Fresh Mark and Hendrickson keep the plants running. Those are the break rooms, training rooms and appreciation lunches on the Canton side of our calendar, along with the offices in Jackson Township near Belden Village and in North Canton.
Massillon, Louisville, Alliance and the townships between them are inside the same Stark County plan.

This place offers ALL of your catering needs. I don't believe there is anything she can't provide for you. I have had SO many meals and attended SO many events. The Taste of the City (Akron) she provided so many great "samples". An outdoor hibachi grill party with all the trimmings, steak, shrimp, chicken, rice, fresh vegetables also one of my favorites. The taco bar and loaded potatoes are great for staff meetings. The seafood is always top quality, the largest shrimp! The desserts made from scratch are amazing.
