Breakfast catering is a logistics job dressed up as a menu. The room has a start time, the building has a dock and a sign in, and the food has to be on the table, hot where it should be hot, before anyone arrives. We plan the cook and the drive backwards from your start time.
The spread is pastries and cinnamon rolls, cut fruit, and hot breakfast dishes in chafing service, with coffee service if your building does not run its own. For a room with no table space, breakfast boxes do the same job one person at a time.

The Biomedical Corridor along East Market is our neighborhood. Summa’s Akron campus at 525 E Market Street is a block west of the kitchen, Akron Children’s sits downtown a few blocks past it, and the two of them employ more than 14,000 people who eat breakfast at odd hours. Morning in service trainings, grand rounds and nursing education days are the breakfast orders we are built for.
From there it is a short run to the University of Akron, the FirstEnergy and Huntington towers on South Main, and the Goodyear campus on Innovation Way. Signet on Ghent Road and the offices along Route 18 in Fairlawn and Montrose are the west side version, and the business parks off Route 8 in Cuyahoga Falls, Stow and Hudson the north.
Early starts are normal. Put the serving time on the request form, not the meeting time, and we schedule the drop ahead of it.

Staged by room and headcount at the hotels in Fairlawn and Cuyahoga Falls or the meeting rooms downtown.
This place offers ALL of your catering needs. I don't believe there is anything she can't provide for you. I have had SO many meals and attended SO many events. The Taste of the City (Akron) she provided so many great "samples". An outdoor hibachi grill party with all the trimmings, steak, shrimp, chicken, rice, fresh vegetables also one of my favorites. The taco bar and loaded potatoes are great for staff meetings. The seafood is always top quality, the largest shrimp! The desserts made from scratch are amazing. Before you book.
Can breakfast be delivered before 7 AM?
Tell us the serving time on the request form and we schedule around it. Early starts are a normal part of hospital and plant work in Akron, and we plan the cook and the drive from the time the food has to be on the table.
Do you provide coffee and juice with breakfast?
Coffee service and juice can be added to any breakfast order, or left off if your building runs its own. It is priced per person on the quote.
Is there a hot breakfast option or only pastries?
Both. Hot breakfast dishes travel in chafing service alongside the pastries and fruit. For rooms where a hot line will not fit, a breakfast box carries a hot or cold protein with the pastry and fruit.
What does breakfast catering cost?
Breakfast starts at $9 per person as the floor from our request form. Coffee service, hot dishes and boxes move the number, so give us a budget per person and we build the spread to it.
