This policy still needs to be
written. The version on the current Wix site is the platform's placeholder text, which opens by
saying it is not legal guidance and explains how to write your own policy. It was never replaced.
Because the catering request form collects names, phone numbers, email addresses and allergy
information, a real terms and conditions is worth having rather than boilerplate. Send the finished text
and it goes straight in.

- What a quote is and when it becomes a booking
- Deposits, balance due dates and accepted payment methods
- Final guest count deadline and how changes are priced
- Cancellation windows and what is refundable at each stage
- Delivery, on site service and travel charges
- Allergy and dietary limits, and what the kitchen can and cannot guarantee
- Rental and equipment return terms where warmers, racks or linens are supplied
