Brunch runs on a different clock. The wedding party is in hair and makeup, the shower guests arrive in a wave at eleven, the family is coming straight from a Sunday service. The food has to be set, hot and looking right before the first person reaches the table, and it has to hold while people drift in.
Our brunch buffet is built for that. Cinnamon rolls and pastries, cut fruit, and hot dishes in chafing service, laid out as a display with the styling included. Add a grazing table for the standing hour or dessert cups to send people home with, both from the same kitchen.

The wedding morning brunch usually lands in a hotel block: the suites along West Market Street in Fairlawn, the Front Street hotels in Cuyahoga Falls, or the rooms downtown near the Civic Theatre. We deliver to the getting ready suite with the display pieces and set it so it photographs well with the dress hanging behind it.
Showers are a West Akron and Fairlawn Heights specialty, in living rooms, church fellowship halls and the party rooms at restaurants along Ghent Road. Sunday brunches follow the congregations home from Firestone Park, Goodyear Heights, North Hill and Kenmore. Highland Square, with its porches and its August festival, books brunch for the neighborhood crowd.
Everything is made at 647 E Market Street the morning of and driven out hot, which keeps Hudson, Stow, Medina and Kent inside the plan without a reheating step at the other end.

Showers
Bridal and baby showers get the brunch spread plus a grazing table or a dessert table, styled to the theme.

Family brunch after church, graduations and christenings, set hot in chafing service so late arrivals eat as well as early ones.
Corporate mornings
Pastries, fruit and hot dishes for a morning meeting or training, delivered before the start time.

What is on a catered brunch menu?

How early can brunch be delivered?
Early. Wedding morning brunches often need to be set before nine. Put the serving time on the request form and we schedule the cook and the drive back from it.
What does brunch catering cost per person?
Breakfast and brunch start at $9 per person. That is the floor from our request form, not a quote. Give us a budget per person and the headcount and we build to it.
Can brunch be a drop off, or do you set it up?
Either. Drop off works for an office or a casual family brunch. For a shower or a wedding morning we set the display, bring the serving pieces and can stay to refresh the table.
