Drop off catering is for the room that can serve itself. An office lunch, a crew at a job site, a church committee meeting, a family gathering where the host would rather not have a server in the kitchen. The food arrives hot in disposable chafing pans or cold on trays, with serving utensils and plates if you want them, and we are gone in ten minutes.
The menu is the same kitchen as everything else: hot entrees and sides, croissant sandwich spreads, salads, boxed lunches, fruit and dessert trays. The difference is the format, built to serve without anyone from our team in the room.
Drop off orders start at $13 per person for lunch and $9 for breakfast. Tell us the delivery time, the address and the headcount.

Weekday drop offs follow the working city. Offices downtown and along South Main, the clinics and departments along East Market and West Market, the University, the Route 18 corridor through Fairlawn and Montrose, and the job sites wherever Akron is building that month. The kitchen at 647 E Market Street puts all of it inside a short run, with Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Tallmadge and Green in the normal ring.
Weekends it shifts to homes: a Sunday dinner delivered hot to Firestone Park, a graduation spread dropped at a backyard in Ellet, a repast delivered to a family home. Pickup from the kitchen is always an option for anyone who would rather swing by.

This place offers ALL of your catering needs. I don't believe there is anything she can't provide for you. I have had SO many meals and attended SO many events. The Taste of the City (Akron) she provided so many great "samples". An outdoor hibachi grill party with all the trimmings, steak, shrimp, chicken, rice, fresh vegetables also one of my favorites. The taco bar and loaded potatoes are great for staff meetings. The seafood is always top quality, the largest shrimp! The desserts made from scratch are amazing. What is the difference between drop off catering and full service?
Staff. Drop off means the food arrives ready to serve and we leave. Full service means someone from the team sets the display, stays to serve and clears. Most offices take drop off; most events take full service.
Do you include plates, utensils and serving pieces with a drop off?
Serving utensils come with every drop off. Plates, napkins and cutlery can be added for a small charge or left off if your office stocks them. Hot food comes in disposable chafing pans with fuel.
Can you drop off at a job site or a building with no loading dock?
Yes. Give us the address, a contact on site and where to bring it, and we hand it over at the trailer, the gate or the front desk.
What does drop off catering cost?
Lunch drop offs start at $13 per person and breakfast at $9, as floors from our request form. Delivery is quoted with the menu and is modest inside Akron. Give us the headcount and the budget per person and we build to it.
